iRobot robot vacuums keep getting smarter. The company has now announced that it is rolling iRobot Genius 4.0 Home Intelligence software update to Roomba robot vacuums and Braava jet robot mops. This update brings customizable smart maps to Roomba i3 & i3+ robots.

With this update, you can now tell your Roomba to clean the rooms you want and the way you want. You can also use Siri to control the robot. With child & pet lock feature, you can now stop accidental starts. There is also a Do Not Disturb feature, so you can tell the robot when it should not run.
