In the past few years, we have seen plenty of robots with fancy, highly dexterous hands. EPFL researchers have come up with a robotic hand that can detach and crawl, allowing it to reach and grasp objects in challenging areas. As explained by the developers, this robot hand has a reversible design, so its back and palm are interchangeable. It can support up to 6 silicone-tipped fingers.
