Robots have come a long way already. They are going to do many things for us in the future. Getting multiple robots to collaborate with each other to get things done can be more challenging though. This video from MITCSAIL explores the idea of using multiple robots to deliver beer.
To solve this multi-agent planning problem, the researchers used a PR robot and two TurtleBots as waiters. The TurtleBots don’t communicate with each other unless they are near. The above video shows how the researchers go about tackling this problem.
