Meet the Gesture HW1: a new robotic hand and wrist that is ready for development. It is a 10 DOF robotic hand and wrist with 19 joints. It has a lightweight design, weighing around 1lb. It is about the size of a human hand and can fit a 7 inch glove. It has a static load of 3kg. You can disassemble each part for repairs. You can also come up with custom parts.
This robot has 4 RGB LEDS located at the top of the wrist that are user programmable. The Gesture HW1 is compatible with Windows 10 and 11. It is ready for Python and C++ coding. You can program this robot hand with a .CSV file or control it with a joystick. It is also ready for wireless streaming of inputs. This project is getting funded on Kickstarter.
