This robot has a smart AI brain that enables it to replicate elite baristas’ techniques “by monitoring 300+ extraction parameters in real-time, locking extraction pressure at 9 bar (±0.2 bar) and water temperature at 92.5°C (±0.1°C).”
This robot has a footprint of 2.35 square meters. It supports 70 flavors. It can run non-stop 24 hours. There are over 5000 customizable taste profiles. This machine costs about $0.3 per cup, which is much cheaper than the alternative.
