Remember Cassie? It is a clever bipedal robot that can walk and run. It can be used in places that wheeled robots can’t easily go. Cassie has a sealed design, so it can move in rain and snow. This video from Michigan Robotics shows this robot reaching a walking speed of 2.1m/s.
This is probably as fast as such a robot can walk without going into full running mode.
