Robots are going to do many things for us in the future. Many of them have already been shown to fold laundry automatically. This video from Tokyo Robotics shows a dual arm robot, Torobo2, autonomously getting the job done. All the tasks are done autonomously. As the researchers explain, this robot can handle multiple clothing types. It uses a “fine-tuned VLA policy to generate trajectories.”
