This is the SAFER rehabilitation platform: a rehab robot with sensorized cuff that can perform a wide variety of movements. It can automate a mobilization therapy or performing a functional task. The smart cuff attaches the patient’s leg or arm and can reproduce the senses in a therapist’s hand.
The robotic arm can operate lower and upper limbs. It can perform complex tasks longer than a therapist.
