Plenty of businesses are exploring the idea of using robots to better serve their customers. Take Mars Wrigley for instance: it is using the snack carrying Smiley robot at a ShopRite store in Monroe, NY to serve shoppers. It uses smart sensors to detect when shoppers are nearby.
