Meet Leonardo (LEg ON Aerial Robotic DrOne) from by CAST researchers that consists of a bipedal robot with a drone like thruster system for balance and agility. It stands 0.75 meter tall, weighing just 2.75kg. The thrusters are used to actively balance the robot’s body. They can also help it perform better on uneven terrain.
