Robots are already doing many jobs in factories around the world. KUKA robots are being used to test car seats at a Ford factory. As the company explains, KUKA robots are used to test new car seats around 25,000 times.
For this task, OccuForm dummies are attached to KUKA QUANTEC robots. Each seat model goes through 3 weeks of test to recreate 10 years of use. The above video shows how it all works.
