
Robot dogs are getting more agile all the time. The latest versions can do all kinds of challenging moves and maintain balance in extreme situations. This video from RaiLab Kaist explores a high speed control and navigation system for robot dogs. This pipeline has a planner and tracker module. The planner part finds feasible foothold plans while the tracker takes care of the robot accurately stepping on the target footholds.
