Meet the CurveQuad: a centimeter scale origami quadruped robot that uses curved creases to self fold and crawl with one motor. It rotates a rigid link under the body to pull tendons on the underside and transition between states. This miniature curved robot weighs only 10.9g. It measures 8cm in the longest direction.
