In the past few years, we have covered plenty of robots that will be used in the International Space Station. The CIMON-2 is another one that will soon assist astronauts. It is an AI controlled flying sphere that will assist with scientific experiments with ESA astronaut Matthias Maurer.
CIMON-2 will be used for a 3D kinetic gas theory experiment. The robot is learning German and getting software packages with new scientific procedures.
