Meet Cassie: a dynamic bipedal robot that can go places wheeled robots may not find easy to operate. It has a sealed design, so it can perform in rainy and snowy conditions. The robot can be used in search & rescue missions or even delivery tasks.
Cassie looks somewhat like a ostrich. It is agile and has a 3DOF hip to move forward, backward and side to side. The above video shows Cassie robots in action.
