This is the X30 from Deep Robotics: a quadruped robot that can take on extreme environments. As this video shows, the robot can balance on its two legs and overcome sand, snow, gravel, and other challenging surfaces. It can transport supplies, including multiple oxygen cylinder and first-aid medical supplies.
