In the past few months, we have covered plenty of cool robotic welding systems. Welding to Go is a robotic welding cell that uses a KUKA KR 6 R 700 sixx robot to perform welding tasks reliable. The WTG 1200 is apparently the smallest robotic arc welding system on the market.
The robot has a max capacity of 6kg and reach of 706mm. The sliding doors can be opened automatically or manually. When the door has closed, the welding process starts. More info is available here.
