Unmanned Semi-submersible Vehicle for Spy Missions

When it comes to building robots and vehicles for spying, many assume that traveling underwater is a better way to go undetected. Washington State University researchers have come up with a semi-submersible vehicle that travels in water undetected. It measures 1.5ft long, built with 3D printed parts.

As you can see in the video, most of the body is submerged but has a small part above the water surface for communication.
