Those of you who have done lifts know what it takes to do it safely while maintaining balance. Even when you are picking heavy weights, the act of lifting is second nature to us while it can be quite a challenge for robots to figure out. MuscleMan explores this idea. It is an upcoming paper that shows a Unitree robot lifting weight.
