In the past few years, we have covered plenty of awesome robots by the Shadow Robot company. Their latest video shows their teleoperation system. This system can be integrated with Polyphemus Based Tracker or a CyberGlove for intuitive control.
As you can see in the video, the operator can control the robotic hand to pick up and manipulate things naturally.
