Robotic Rubik’s Cube solvers are nothing new. We have covered a bunch of them in the past. This robot is capable of solving a Rubik’s cube puzzle in just over 1 second. It has webcams, stepper motors, and a mechanism for the robot to turn the cube. The system relies on an algorithm to find the fewest number of moves to solve the puzzle.
The developers are in the process of registering for a world record for this robot. Pretty cool, don’t you think?
