Meet ROVeo: a cool robot with the ability to passively adapt to obstacles. It is capable of climbing over obstacles much taller than its size. It is stable by design and has 4 wheels. ROVeo’s all degrees of freedom are mechanically linked, so the robot can adapt to the shape of each obstacle.
This project is inspired by shuttle robotics and research. The developer aim to build a bigger version of ROVeo in the future.
