We all would love to see humans land on the moon and Mars in the future. For the most part, rovers and other types of robots will be used for space exploration. The PROMISE, which stands for Polar Rover for Observation, Mapping, and In-Situ Exploration, is a nuclear powered rover to be used on the Moon’s south pole. It is designed to work in areas that don’t get exposure to the sun.
