The THeMIS from Milrem Robotics should not need any introduction. It is a combat robot that can be enhanced with all kinds of attachments to take on search, rescue, and dangerous missions. This video shows its off road capabilities. It comes with Milrem Intelligent Function Integration Kit and can follow its operator on uneven terrain. In fact, multiple UGVs can be controlled easily.
These UGVs autonomously return to their home base after their mission is complete. They are smart enough to detect and avoid humans and obstacles.
