A bunch of companies are working on perfecting hoverbikes. The Malloy Aeronautics Hoverbike is another one worth following. This is an all electric vehicle that can carry people up to 130kg. It has a redundant drive system and can be operated using a tablet or phone.
The hoverbike, when done, can carry humans with no problem. As the developers explain:
they are still conducting testing to ensure the vehicle has greater safety and reliability than a typical helicopter
