The LimX Oli is a humanoid robot with 31 degrees of freedom that can take on uneven terrain. It relies on a multi-sensor function system with a 6-axis IMU and depth/head mounted depth cameras to perceive its surroundings. Its arms have 7DOF each. It is ready for Python programming.
The above video shows this humanoid robot stepping through loose sand, on an area with scattered debris. As you can see, the robot is capable of maintaining its balance even when stumbling over rocks.
