LiftTiles: Room-scale Modular Shape Changing Blocks

Here are inflatable modular actuators that can be used to prototype room-scale shape-changing interfaces. LiftTiles can change their height from 15 to 150cm and are actuated by air pressure. Each unit weighs 10kg and doesn’t cost a whole lot to make.
