In the past few years, we have covered many amazing flying robots here. The iRonCub takes a different approach. Instead of wings, it has 4 jet engines to fly like Iron Man. Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia researchers are working on perfecting that. As they explain, these flying vehicles require a “estimation of the propellers’ thrust forces to secure a successful flight.” The below video shows their latest work:
