Robots in hotels are nothing new. We have covered a bunch of them that are being used to greet people, guide them, and bring them drinks and snacks. The he Henn na Hotel is using robot dinosaurs at its front desk. As the name suggests, the experience is expected to be strange and something new for guests.
The robo-dino process check-ins through a tablet system. It allows users to select the language they want. The hotel is staffed with other robots (e.g. robotic fish).
