Robots are going to serve as our guides in stores, airports, and everywhere else. The EMIEW robot is a Hitachi service robot that measures 90cm tall, weighing only 15kg. It can autonomously travel on 2-wheels at 6 km/h. The robot also has voice recognition to understand and interact with visitors.
