Here is a dual arm robot with haptics that makes it possible to transmit body sensations. This telepresence robot was developed at Keio Laboratory. The GP-Arm has a master and slave side. The dual arm robot on a mobile base transmits visual, auditory, and tactile sensation.

As the robot touches objects, it can transmit hardness, softness, and other properties. A stereo camera is used for its vision system.
