In the past few months, we have covered plenty of cool robotic welding machines. The Fronius CMT Twine Wire Welding Robot is another one that uses the cold metal transfer and KUKA robotic arms to complete welding jobs with full automation.
As the developers explain, the system is capable of start-to-finish handling with full root, fill and cap welding of pipe sections. More info is available here.
