Meet the Arc Bicycle: a 3D printed stainless steel bicycle produced using a welding process. Students from TU Delft in the Netherlands used MX3D’s six-axis robotic arms to 3D-print the frame.

The printing process is known as Wire and Arc Additive Manufacturing. It involves using multi-axis robots to print larger 3D objects. This is a fully functional bike that gives a smooth ride.
