Here is a robot capable of stacking stones autonomously. As aslteam explains, a robotic manipulator was used to construct balancing vertical stacks without adhesives. The robot picks up four arbitrarily placed rocks and uses a next best stacking pose searching method in “a Stochastic Gradient Descent” to complete the job.
